Green Spring Valley is conveniently located near the interchange of Interstate 81 & Interstate 64, tucked away about 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Staunton, which is filled with beautiful parks such as Gypsy Hill and Montgomery Hall, a plethora of comfortable dining restaurants such as The Shack and Mill Street Bar & Grill, and a variety of locally owned shops. The community can be found off Route 11 (Greenville Ave). Turn onto Ritchie Blvd between Dunkin’ and Papa Johns. Turn right at the stop sign onto Fisher Circle and drive all the way to the end to find our new section of homes.
